MBC® Pilates Mat

The MBC® Pilates Mat class consists of floor exercises using Pilates’ principles. This method of physical conditioning is designed to isolate and work muscle groups without stressing the joints, thus focusing on core strengthening, flexibility, and posture; enhancing over-all wellbeing, ease of movement, strength, and appropriate body and postural alignment.

Whether a person’s focus is to strengthen their body; reduce stress, pain and discomfort, prevent injury from athletics, or recover from an injury. This is a class that offers overall well being, appropriate for any age or fitness level.
