MBC Pilates Mat 1
May 18, 2013 (2:00 pm - 8:00 pm) and May 19, 2013 (10:00 - 7:00 pm)
Course includes 15 Hours of Pilates Mat Certification (Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced) using the exercises of Joseph Pilates.
Prerequisites: Comprehension and completion of a minimum of 10 Pilates mat classes.
