MBC Pilates Mat 1
March 10, 2012 (1:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m) and March 11,2012 (10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.).
Course includes 15 Hours of Pilates Mat Certification (Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced) using the exercises of Joseph Pilates.
Prerequisites: Comprehension and completion of a minimum of 10 Pilates mat classes.
