MBC Pilates Mat 2
MBC Pilates Fusion 2 is required to complete the classroom hours for the MBC Pilates "Mat" Certification.
March 17, 2012 (1:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.) and March 18, 2012 (10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).
This course includes 15 hours of Advanced Pilates Floor Standing Exercises with the emphasis of utilizing deeper core muscles of the pelvic floor and transverse abdominals.
MBC Pilates Mat 1 and MBC Pilates Fusion 2 completes the classroom hours of the Mind-Body Connection Pilates Certification.
Prerequisite: Completion of MBC Pilates Mat 1 Certification
