Pilates Apparatus Movement
These weekend emersion courses in Pilates apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac and Pilates Chair) can serve participating students in three ways: (1) prepare students for teacher training, (2) to jump start your personal workout (3) as a refresher course . These workshops are designed especially to educate the body in the execution of traditional Pilates movements . These exercise only workshops will be linked to the Movement Fundamental s and Mat sequence which are used in the beginning, intermediate and advanced apparatus work in the Pilates Certification.
