Pre-Pilates Fundamentals Mat
This class is Perfect for New and Beginning Pilates Students
Each week you will learn and master 4 – 6 Fundamentals per week. We will cover the basics of Breathing, strengthening and accessing the deep abdominals and pelvic floor muscles. Emphasis will be on isolating and accessing the correct muscles groups that will allow your body to move with ease and efficiency. This unique process will prepare you to move successfully to next Pilates Mat level and to improve performance in your sport and daily activities..
