A floor program designed by Juliu Horvath that blends the essence of yoga, dance, gymnastics and, tai-chi into a fluid and rhythmical class. This system gently works the entire body through seven natural elements of fluid, spinal movement. Here you will learn and practice in your own body the exercises presented in the Foundation Teacher Training Course.
