Gyrotonic® Pre-Training Course (6 days) with Master Trainers Leslie Schickel & Tamara Yoneda

Sept 5-7, 12-14, 2008
Learn and practice exercises using the Gyrotonic® Expansion System using the tower/ handle apparatus. Students are introduced to Gyrokinesis®, a floor work class. Included are 2 Gyrokinesis® and 2 weeks of practice time.

Gyrotonic ® Foundation Course (12 days) with Master Trainers Leslie Schickel & Tamara Yoneda

Oct 3-5, 10-12, 17-19, 24-26, 2008
Learn and apply hands on and verbal cues used to teach the Gyrotonic®. This course will provide practice, discussion, and observations of Gyrotonic training, as well as expand your understanding and experience of Gyrotonic® Expansion Systems. Included are 3 Gyrokinesis® Classes and 3 weeks of practice time.
Prerequisite: Gyrotonic® Pre-Training Course

Gyrokinesis® Pre-Training Course (6 days)

A floor program designed by Juliu Horvath that blends the essence of yoga, dance, gymnastics and, tai-chi into a fluid and rhythmical class. This system gently works the entire body through seven natural elements of fluid, spinal movement. Here you will learn and practice in your own body the exercises presented in the Foundation Teacher Training Course.

Gyrokinesis® Foundation Course (9 days)

This course introduces teaching techniques and principles underlying the exercises learned in the Gyrokinesis® Pre-Training Course.
