NIA® Technique:
A gentle and powerful cardiovascular workout that focuses on awakening
and empowering your physical, mental, and emotional selves while connecting
to the joy of movement. The practice is done barefoot, blending graceful
and energetic movements.

Yamuna® Body Rolling:
Body Rolling is a practice using 6" - 9" balls to release tightness
and tension. Based on the same principles as yoga it elongates muscles,
creates space in muscles and joints and increases vital energy (prana).
Body Rolling helps avoid repetitive motion injuries and improves flexibility,
posture, alignment, increases range of motion and muscle definition, and
helps heal chronic injuries and pain. Body Rolling shows immediate results
and can be incorporated into any type of workout or fitness activity.
As relaxing and stress reducing as a deep massage, it also stimulates
bone development and lengthens and strengthens core muscles.
