MBC Pilates Mat Certification 1 (Part 1)

15 Hours of Pilates Mat Certification (Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced) using the exercises of Joseph Pilates.
Prerequisites: Comprehension and completion of a minimum of 10 Pilates mat classes.

Advanced Pilates Fusion 1 (Part 2). This completes the Pilates "Mat" Certification.

15 hours of Advanced Pilates Floor Standing Exercises with the emphasis of utilizing deeper core muscles of the pelvic floor and transverse abdominals. Completion of MBC Pilates Mat 1 and Advanced Pilates Fusion 1 Certification will complete the Mind-Body Connection Pilates Certification.

MBC Pilates Movement Apparatus Certification (TBA)
(Reformer, Cadillac, Wanda Chair and Auxiliary Equipment, Small Barrel and Large Barrel)
This 10 week course is for potential trainers wanting to become certified instructors in the MBC Pilates Method. Students will learn to teach the original exercise protocols on the Reformer, Cadillac/Wall Unit, Wanda Chair, Auxiliary Equipment, Small Barrel and Large Barrel.
Prerequisites: 20 Pilates Private Sessions or Completion of the MBC Pilates Apparatus Movement Workshop (click to “workshops”).

Tuition: $2400 ($600 additional for installment payments)
